Perrysburg Eye Center participates in most insurance plans and accepts Medicare assingment.
These include:

  • Paramount
  • Medical Mutual
  • Medical Advantage Plans
  • NVA
  • Anthem
  • Aetna

For your convenience, we will file the claim with your insurance carrier. Patients are responsible for payment of services not covered by insurance. For those who do not have insurance, payments can be made through our billing department.
